Try This Turmeric Latte for an Anti-Inflammatory Drink

If you're looking to cut back on coffee or just need another warm beverage option for the colder months, a turmeric latte is a great alternative. Turmeric helps reduce inflammation and the collagen helps restore our muscles and joints. Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 tsp turmeric blend (we use Live24K Turmeric-Collagen Blend)
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 3/4 cup of warm nut milk of your choice (we use almond milk)*
  • dash of cinnamon
*For a creamier latte, use 1 cup of warm nut milk and a splash of hot water

Steps:
  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. In a mug, add turmeric blend, hot water and whisk together.
  3. Add in the nut milk of your choice.
  4. Top it off with a dash of cinnamon.
  5. Stir & enjoy!
