- 1 1/2 tsp turmeric blend (we use Live24K Turmeric-Collagen Blend)
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 3/4 cup of warm nut milk of your choice (we use almond milk)*
- dash of cinnamon
- Bring water to a boil.
- In a mug, add turmeric blend, hot water and whisk together.
- Add in the nut milk of your choice.
- Top it off with a dash of cinnamon.
- Stir & enjoy!
