Sleepytime Adaptogenic Pumpkin Spice Drink
Ingredients:
- Heaping spoonful pumpkin puree
- 1 cup almond or oat milk
- dash of vanilla extract
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder
Instructions:
In a small sauce pan, stir together pumpkin puree, almond milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon over low heat until the mixture is warm and the ingredients have melted together. Remove from heat and stir in the maple syrup and Ashwagandha powder. Pour into a mug, and garnish with a dash of cinnamon.
