Choosing The Wrong Time
Setting the right time to sit and meditate can make or break your practice. If you’re constantly falling asleep while meditating it may just be a sign that your body is needing to rest. I find the best time happens to be in the morning, after I’ve gotten out of bed and had a glass of water or cup of tea, or in the evening right after work. Try to avoid meditating if you’re hungry, tired or in any kind of discomfort.
