I did my first 3 day juice cleanse last summer and this year I thought I would try juice and soup cleanse.
It was overall a great experience. Everything was very tasty and it was a little easier than doing just juice cleanse for me because I definitely missed hot food. I lost about 4-5 pounds and I ate 2 boiled egg whites during dinner time for all 3 days. The only problem I had was that some soups were too salty for my taste. I got really thirsty after some soups. But I would recommend this product to all of my friends. (Posted on 6/26/17)
I like the Jus/Soup combo cleanse! Review by Monica
I've done two 3-day jus cleanses previously, and found the Jus/Soup cleanse much easier to get through the day. Soups were much more satisfying to eat and filling than just sipping on the juses. Here are my opinions on the soups:

Split Pea - really good, and I'm not usually a fan of split pea soup. I would buy it on its own to have as a lunch/dinner.
Tomato Gazpacho - Smooth, like a tomato soup more than gazpacho. Very tasty. I heated it up on a cold day, but it would be great cold also.
Lentil - Yummy and filling! I'd definitely get this again!
Butternut Squash - ok as part of the cleanse, but not my favorite of the bunch.
Detox Broth - Light soup, nice mushroom flavor. Just a little too much ginger for my taste.
Carrot Ginger - good tasting soup as part of the cleanse, but I couldn't finish it due to the long strands of fresh ginger that were really hard to swallow!
Pumpkin Coconut - This was one of my favorite soups. I will definitely be buying it on its own for a lunch/dinner. Wonderful flavors and quite filling.

As for the juses, I loved having Sweet Spin in the morning instead of Morning Glory; I find the latter very difficult to drink (too green for me!). (Posted on 5/13/16)
