Q. How are the juices made?
A. Our juices are freshly made every morning through our unique blending process that has been purposefully designed to maintain the fiber of all ingredients, as this will help your body feel full and nourished all day long.
Q. How many calories are consumed during the cleanse?
A. The average daily caloric intake, as per our cleanse, is approximately 800 to 900 calories.
Q. What order do I drink the juices in?
A. Each drink has a number (1-6) associated with the progression of when you are supposed to drink each one.
Q. Where do I get my protein?
A. Believe it or not, green veggies contain protein. As there are 2 cups of vegetables in each individual bottle, you will be receiving an ample amount of protein to sustain you throughout the course of the day.
Q. What can I eat/drink during my cleanse?
A. You are allowed an unlimited amount of water, 1-2 cups of coffee with Truvia or Stevia, tea, a moderate amount of raw or steamed vegetables as well as egg whites if needed.
Q. How much weight will I lose?
A. The juice cleanse is not designed to be a weight loss program, as its sole purpose is to rid the body of toxins while providing it with healthy nutritional support. That being said, many customers do experience weight loss as a side effect of the cleanse.
Q. Will I gain all the weight back after my cleanse has finished?

Q. How will I feel while on the juice cleanse?
A. Most people feel invigorated while cleansing. However, it is also normal to feel slightly less energetic over the course of the cleanse, particularly on Day 1.
Q. Can I exercise during my cleanse?
A. You have to listen to your body. If your body feels up to working out, then go for it! Otherwise, it’s ok to take the day off and rest.
Q. How often should I cleanse?
A. Serious cleansers like to cleanse once a month to balance out their bodies and get back on track.
Q. Can I do the cleanse if I am pregnant or nursing?
A. While our juices contain a significant amount of nutrients, we suggest that pregnant and nursing women first check with their healthcare provider before starting any cleanse. Cleanses can be modified to incorporate meals to accommodate the demands put on a pregnant or nursing mother’s body and therefore can be tailored to meet the individual’s specific dietary requirements.
Q. Can I do the cleanse if I have diabetes?
A. Juices can be modified to contain more vegetables and less fruit. However, it is imperative to first consult with your endocrinologist or diabetic nurse educator to ensure that you maintain healthy blood glucose levels.
Q. Can teenagers or senior citizens do the cleanse?
A. Cleanses can be modified for various age groups to support their different nutritional requirements.
Q. What do I do if I feel faint?
A. While most people feel energized while cleansing, it is not uncommon to experience headache, fatigue, or a feeling of lightness or dizziness. We recommend drinking plenty of water and resting. However, if your symptoms persist or worsen, please contact your healthcare provider.
Q. Will I be in the bathroom all day?
A. Our cleanse is equivalent to 96-ounces of liquid a day, so expect to experience frequent urination.

Q. Are any of the juices dairy?
A. No, all of our juices are Pareve.
Q. Do the juices need to be refrigerated?
A. Yes, always refrigerate your juices.

A. Sure! You can add Truvia or Stevia, but steer clear of artificial sweeteners, such as Equal.
Q. Can I chew gum during the cleanse?
A. You are allowed to chew sugar-free gum.
